Running a solo business means doing 10 jobs. AI can handle 7 of them.

The problem isn't that you don't know what to do. It's that every task requires starting from scratch: the market research, the copy, the outreach email, the pricing deck. These prompts are the starting points you've been writing by hand.

🔬
Market research that takes a day

Sizing a market, finding underserved niches, tearing down a competitor. Each one is a 2-3 hour research project without the right prompt.

✍️
Copy you write and rewrite

Landing pages. Sales emails. Cold outreach. The blank page before the first draft is where founders lose their afternoons.

📊
Financial modeling from scratch

Pricing a new offer, projecting unit economics, building a break-even model. You know the math; the prompt does the heavy lifting.

⚙️
Operations you have but haven't documented

SOP writing. Hiring posts. Process maps. The stuff that keeps the business running but never gets done because it's not client work.

Competitor Teardown Section 1: Market Research
Analyze [COMPETITOR NAME] as if you were a VC doing due diligence. Cover: - Business model and pricing - Top 3 strengths a challenger cannot copy overnight - Top 3 weaknesses a scrappy competitor could exploit - What their customers complain about most (infer from public reviews) - One positioning angle that would win customers they're ignoring Keep it sharp - one paragraph per section.
Cold Email Sequence Section 3: Cold Outreach & Sales
Write a 3-email cold outreach sequence to [ROLE: e.g., "Head of Content at a 20-50 person SaaS company"] selling [PRODUCT/SERVICE]. Email 1: Under 100 words. One specific thing about their company. One clear value prop. CTA is a 15-minute call, not a demo. Email 2 (Day 4): Follow-up that adds a piece of value (insight, example, relevant stat) before asking again. Email 3 (Day 10): The "last reach out" that's honest and leaves the door open. Tone: confident, not pushy. Write like a smart peer, not a sales rep.
Pricing Strategy Section 8: Financial Modeling
I'm pricing [PRODUCT/SERVICE]. My target customer is [DESCRIPTION]. Run me through a Van Westendorp Price Sensitivity analysis: - At what price is it "too cheap to be credible"? - At what price is it "expensive but worth it"? - At what price is it "so expensive I wouldn't buy"? Give me a recommended launch price and an anchor/premium tier price. Justify each.

Questions

Is this for founders only or can freelancers use it?

Both. About half the pack (market research, copywriting, sales, content marketing) is directly useful for any solo operator whether you're running a freelance business or building a product. The financial modeling and product development sections are more founder-specific.

How is this different from the Freelancer's AI Cheat Sheet?

The Freelancer's Cheat Sheet focuses specifically on client communication: emails, proposals, follow-ups, scope creep. The Operator's Pack focuses on running a business: research, copy, sales, ops, financials. Different use cases. Some buyers get both, especially if they're both doing client work and building something.

Do these work with the free versions of Claude and ChatGPT?

Yes. Every prompt is designed to work with Claude free or ChatGPT-3.5 and above. The more capable the model, the better the output, but you don't need a paid subscription to use any of these.

Is there a discount code?

Yes: use LAUNCH20 at checkout for 20% off. Applies to any pack and the bundle. Valid through June 21, 2026. Enter in the "Have a coupon?" field on the Payhip checkout screen.
